I believe that dessert is the course that makes the meal. You can have a horrible dinner but if you end it with an extraordinary dessert then you will leave the guest with a perceptiont that the meal was superb. My goal/dream is to one day open up my own bakery where I can provide desserts that are not only decadent, but deliciously homemade.
